Our coordination fee starts at AED 4,000: AED 4,000 for India, the Philippines, the Gulf and much of Asia; AED 5,500 for Europe and South Africa; and AED 7,000 for the USA, Australia and New Zealand. Government services, veterinary work, the travel crate, carrier charges, and destination arrangements are separate because they depend on the journey and the provider.

The fee reflects the coordination work required for the confirmed route, rather than a single generic airline fare. It is shown as a starting price because each journey still needs its documents, carrier acceptance, crate, veterinary planning, and local handling checked against the pet and travel date.

Airline charges are not a reliable online flat rate. The operating carrier decides whether it can accept the pet for that flight and then prices the accepted movement against the pet, approved crate, route, travel date, handling model, and its current commercial rate.
